Scrolling the LinkedIn feed impacted my mental health

I’m finding online life much better posting, but not reading or commenting (much). I didn’t realise just how damaging casually scrolling the LinkedIn feed was to my mental health.

Seeing posts you don’t agree with, posts you agree with, just plain stupid posts has a cost. Like an invisible tax. My desire to correct the absurdity or applaude the merit, well intentioned as it might be, is no longer my friend.

I still feel very much ‘connected’ to my network of excellent people, but at the moment, I’m finding online life much better posting, but not reading or commenting (much).
